周潤發,梅艷芳,利智,曾志偉,李美鳳,王青富商施頭（王青 飾）其貌不揚，在某次名流聚會上被美女Lychee（利智 飾）戲弄，懷恨在心，并揚言報復。偶然機會，施頭遇見來自大陸的前進發（周潤發 飾）、高佬偉（曾志偉 飾）和傻雞（成奎安 飾）。他靈機一動，希望讓前進發假扮貴公子勾引Lychee，并請出儀表教練Anita（梅艷芳 飾）對其進行貴族禮儀訓練。 苦于在香港不見出頭之日，三人一口應承下來。經過一段時間的魔鬼訓練，前進發在隨后舉行的印度弱智兒童基金晚宴上大出風頭，將Lychee在內的一干美女迷得神魂顛倒，甚至連親手將其調教出來的Anita也不能自已……
