　　一雙繡花鞋，隱藏著一個死亡詛咒，凡是穿過繡花鞋的人都意外慘死，無一幸免。安雯（何乙軒 飾）大病未愈，擺脫了丈夫潘航（輝燦 飾）和醫生的看護，獨自逃回老家古宅生活。安雯在老宅發現了一雙祖上流傳并受到死亡詛咒的繡花鞋，陰差陽錯之下繡花鞋穿在了她的腳上，意外開啟了繡花鞋上的死亡詛咒。咒怨生效冤魂索命，盤桓在老宅之中的詭影無處不在，無法擺脫的惡靈如影隨形，迫使頻臨崩潰的安雯做出瘋狂的舉動，陷入一場危機四伏的驚魂逃亡……

 故事發生在一艘名為“托林號”的英國皇家海軍驅逐艦上，在一場激烈的海戰中，該驅逐艦擊落了多駕敵機，創下了赫赫戰功，但它也因為拼搏在戰斗的第一線而傷痕累累，最終中彈起火。在艦長金洛斯（諾埃爾·考沃德 Noel Coward 飾）的要求之下，船員們放棄了托林號，塔上了救生艇，其中包括軍士長沃爾特哈迪（伯納德·邁爾斯 Bernard Miles 飾）和新兵肖蒂（約翰·米爾斯 John Mills 飾）等人。一行人在海上艱難漂泊，全憑意志和對家人的思念才勉強幸存，最終被一艘英國軍艦救起，獲救之時，剛開始浩浩蕩蕩的240名官兵，僅剩下19人。
