梁家輝,毛舜筠,陳小春,鐘欣潼,陳冠希,田樸珺著名影星詹二幫（梁家輝飾）常常出演一些英雄類人物的角色，但現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中卻膽小如鼠，使深愛(ài)的妻子曼瓊（余安安飾）離開(kāi)了他，自此他便跟兩個(gè)女兒忌廉（鐘欣桐飾）與脆皮一起生活了。 鐵男（陳小春飾）與Janet（田樸珺飾）均是國(guó)際刑警，得知恐怖分子龍一（徐錦江飾）將到香港去取另外的生化武器，在香港與恐怖分子交手的過(guò)程中，誤入了二幫的家里，鐵男被注射了智力退化的病毒，智商只有4歲兒童的程度。曼瓊從好萊塢回來(lái)打算跟二幫商議合作的事情，卻遭到恐怖分子的闖入，他們得知丟失的病毒就在二幫家中。 在與恐怖分子斗爭(zhēng)的過(guò)程中，二幫為了女兒為了前妻，顯現(xiàn)出以往少有的勇敢才智，順利抓拿犯罪分子以為，還贏回了家庭團(tuán)員。
