潘長江,郭達(dá),劉小微1945年，第二次世界大戰(zhàn)接近尾聲，軸心國已成強(qiáng)弩之末，敗局已定。許多戰(zhàn)爭中被俘虜?shù)娜毡臼勘?jīng)過改造后，陸續(xù)踏上回國的旅途，這其中便包括羅圈腿中村下等兵（潘長江 飾）。然而，即使在這垂死關(guān)頭，帝國主義的貪婪仍舊沒有收斂。輪椅太君（胡曉光 飾）傷愈出院，親自負(fù)責(zé)指揮戰(zhàn)艦阿多丸運(yùn)送傷兵回國的重任，但是阿多丸還有一個秘密任務(wù)，那就是將從中國劫掠來的文物偷運(yùn)出境。這個秘密被小劉（劉小微 飾）的父親——一個文物老專家所得知，他掌握著所有文物的清單，也因此遭到日寇的追殺。臨死之際，老教授將藏有清單的可樂瓶交給擔(dān)任聯(lián)絡(luò)員的郭大叔（郭達(dá) 飾）。偵知到日本人的陰謀，八路軍以及重慶方面的勢力都行動起來。 而在這一過程中，更大的陰謀也悄悄浮出水面……

The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart. Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory? n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in. What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts. On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired. One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places. Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

鄭則士,廖偉雄,羅烈阿燦（廖偉雄飾）與肥則(鄭則士飾)一對活貝警界立下不豐功偉績。但每次都是烏龍百出，錯有錯著之下破案的，一次因涉嫌收藏大陸的非法人蛇，倆人同被革除職務(wù)。二人于無意中得悉一名叫契爺?shù)暮谏鐣^子，擄去一富翁的小孫，但倆人是被革退的警員，又怎樣去處理或能否撲滅契的犯罪集團(tuán)呢！ 肥則為了娶阿芳（鄭麗芳飾）為妻，收留了從大陸偷渡過來的大姨媽及其女阿珍（阮佩玲飾）。阿燦愛上了賢淑可愛的阿珍，兩人很快墮入愛河。另一方面，犯罪集團(tuán)主腦契爺（羅烈飾）及得力女助手阿JOE策劃一樁勒索案，但取贖金時險(xiǎn)比警方捉拿。無計(jì)可施時，契爺捉走阿珍及阿芳來威脅阿燦及肥則替他們?nèi)≮H金，并在他們身上裝了一遙控計(jì)時炸彈…
