Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 恭喜發(fā)財(cái)
石天,譚詠麟,柏安妮,林子祥在現(xiàn)代都市里，居然出了奇怪的大事。某日從天降下一位怪人，而且自稱財(cái)仙（譚詠麟），為了逃避群眾追趕，而湊巧遇上了茶室老板及其女兒愛(ài)玲、兒子彬彬。隨即他變被打扮成時(shí)代青年財(cái)仙，替老板解決了不少難題，更積極傳播真理，讓身邊的人人都能幸福快樂(lè)。后來(lái)，財(cái)仙為救汽車失事的愛(ài)玲，使用法力搶救但似的自己變成凡人。而后更遭太空署人員圍捕，幸得眾人齊心救援，方才遇難呈祥、逢兇化吉。 香港天皇級(jí)的歌手譚詠麟早期80年代的電影作品。譚詠麟雖然憑《假如我是真的》奪得第十八屆金馬獎(jiǎng)男主角，但是要數(shù)出他的代表作也不容易。因?yàn)樗餮莸钠哟蠖嘧吒阈β肪€，觀眾大多笑完即止。不過(guò)其中《小生怕怕》、《少爺威威》、《恭喜發(fā)財(cái)》也算得上當(dāng)時(shí)優(yōu)秀的喜劇作品，而且對(duì)于在樂(lè)壇上作全力沖刺的譚詠麟來(lái)說(shuō)，能出演40多部電影，也可算是一個(gè)神話。延續(xù)了此前《小生怕怕》、《少爺威威》等片的商業(yè)熱力，本片推出后也大獲成功，贏得了接近兩千萬(wàn)的高票房，站到了年度賣座電影的前五名之內(nèi)。故事的結(jié)局和所有的賀歲片如出一轍，同樣是皆大歡喜。樂(lè)呵呵的看完電影，但演員們的精彩表現(xiàn)還是讓人津津樂(lè)道，至今翻看起來(lái)仍舊能回味無(wú)窮。
