東北某市，晨報主任左守權得知與前妻生活多年的女兒，在校組建“問題樂隊”，不務正業，恐將被學校處分。老左欲將女兒留在家鄉從事鐵飯碗工作，左明明卻欲南下逐夢。老左苦口婆心勸說不成只好四處托人求助。女兒英語老師呂有容，因兒子轉學之事有求于老左，兩人化干戈為玉帛，惺惺相惜。由此引發左明明誤會其二人有茍且之事，羞怒至極，父女決裂。左明明終日與樂隊混跡夜場，幾乎放棄學業。老同學牛校長涉嫌違紀，牽連老左被停職。呂老師因和老左的一條醉酒視頻丟了工作。關乎女兒學位的英語四級考試，也只剩下最后機會。 為了女兒的未來，老左找來女兒樂隊吉他手小馬協助，準備孤注一擲……

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　陳文俊（洪金寶 飾）和張定其（張學友 飾）只是警隊中的無名小卒，卻在機緣巧合之下被指派到神探（姜大衛 飾）手下助其偵破“千面人”之案。沒想到，一場意外中神探不幸喪生，可是，心愿未了的他顯然不愿就此歸去，而是化為冤魂，纏上了陳文俊和張定其兩人，要他們破案為自己報仇。　　神探威脅陳文俊，若不幫他報仇，就要破壞他和女友喬娜（王祖賢 飾）之間的姻緣。經不住神探的死纏爛打和卑鄙威脅，個性膽小怕事的陳文俊只能答應下來。就這樣，陳文俊和張定其開始了對案件的追查，在神探的暗中幫助下，他們最終將罪犯捉拿歸案，陳文俊和喬娜亦有情人終成眷屬。
