　　The son of an African-American Judge is killed by police officers on the day he was set to begin law enforcement academy. When the courts clear the officers of wrongdoing, the Judge must decide whether the courts are the only arbitrators of justice.

悲情槍手

 故事發生在抗戰時期的上海。天龍會首領肖潔榮（談鵬飛 飾）委婉推辭日本陸軍總部要其出任親日同盟會長職務，隱退江湖。冷亦嘯（周里京 飾）號稱天龍會第一槍手，他抵制日本人的倒行逆施，暗中與肖潔榮的獨生女肖嵐（高穎 飾）相好。董浩然（何麟 飾）覬覦會長職位，又貪肖嵐美色，他唆使肖潔榮把冷亦嘯從天龍會中逐出。不久，肖嵐委身董浩然，心灰意冷的冷亦嘯在記者陳麗娜（潘婕 飾）推薦下，為他人做私人保鏢。肖潔榮悔不該當初趕走冷亦嘯，差肖嵐相請遭拒。肖潔榮日后遭殺害，冷亦嘯中伏擊幸遇陳麗娜相救，他在激戰中打死董浩然。在日本人為慶?！绑胗媱潯鲍@得成功時，冷亦嘯幽靈般出現......
