吸血驚情

　　座落沖繩的「Hotel Hibiscus」，雖然名為酒店，卻是只有一間客房的古舊民宿。里面住著小三女生美惠子和她的家人。美惠子活潑好動，每天和朋友一起去探險。某日，美惠子放學回家時，遇到了倒在地上的青年，并把他帶回Hotel Hibiscus…　　導演中江裕司繼《Nabbie's Love》四年后的新作，《Hotel Hibiscus》繼續以沖繩為舞臺。電影改編自Nakasone Miiko的同名漫畫，描寫小三女生美惠子的冒險和成長。飾演美惠子的蔵下穗波是在3千名沖繩小學生中挑選出來，合演者包括平良Tomi、沖繩民謠歌手照屋政雄、余貴美子等。

Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.  羅伯特．Z．倫納德導演的這部影片以百老匯最大的歌舞團——齊格菲歌舞團的創辦人佛羅倫斯．齊格菲的生平為題材，是三十年代好萊塢歌舞片黃金時代的重要代表作之一。當時獲得了第九屆奧斯卡最佳影片等三項大獎，女星路易絲．萊娜演出齊格菲的首任妻子，獲最佳女主角獎。齊格菲年輕時是雜耍節目中表演的藝人。1893年到百老匯發展，建立了歌舞團的知名度，1907年創辦了以美女盛裝演出大型歌舞著稱的齊格菲歌舞團，贏得歌舞大王的稱號。齊格菲一角由威廉．鮑威爾擔綱演出，男女主角都表演得很好。

影片通過跨越數千年、不同時空的三條故事線，交織出無形之中彼此呼應的科幻寓言。
