本片由三個短篇故事組成：年輕女孩和迷你豬住在一棟骯葬公寓裡，她真的只有一個人嗎？又聾又啞的夫婦被一群小混混攻擊，不過他們受到一只神秘護身符的保護；一個男子在性愛夜店裡迷失，有人告訴他只要服下由「風茄」的根製成的yao，就能體驗無上的性愛，卻沒人告訴他極致的性愛也將帶來最恐怖的副作用

本片劇情依然圍繞遺體送還公司“天使之心”展開。社長伊澤那美得知8年前身亡的戀人或許仍在世而心神動搖。萬圣節(jié)期間，公司成員奔赴世界各地處理送還事務：有人面對因嬰兒猝死而自責的母親，有人護送突然離世的明星回國，也有人送別在旅途中去世的青年。那美在墨西哥執(zhí)行任務時，一邊處理逝者身后事，一邊被舊日戀情的線索牽動，在生死與思念交織中重新審視自己的內(nèi)心。
