本片改編自同名小說。貝多芬（古田新太 飾），眾人心中的孤高天才，原來竟是秘書一手捏造的“神話”？本片揭開歷史迷霧，講述一個粗俗邋遢的真實貝多芬，如何在忠實秘書辛德勒（山田裕貴 飾）的筆下，被改寫成永垂不朽的圣人音樂家。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　講述了地產集團二公子宋以昭為了爭奪繼承權，隱瞞身份，住進了夏天旅館的閣樓，成為夏南笙的房客，意在拿下旅館的拆遷同意書。隨著宋以昭的入住，旅館經歷了種種麻煩，高傲自大的宋以昭與大大咧咧的夏南笙之間，發生了一系列啼笑皆非的事情。當宋以昭發現自己愛上夏南笙的時候，拆遷同意書已經被哥哥宋修獲取，拆遷的挖掘機也已經開到了旅館的門口，知道真相的夏南笙決定與宋以昭決裂....

 影片改編自2022年的同名獨立恐怖游戲。背景設定在名為“The Quiet Rapture”的末日之后，一名囚犯被迫深入血紅色的海洋，駕駛一艘銹跡斑斑的微型潛艇搜尋殘存的自然資源。
